OWNER LIAISON NOTICE:
Your POA Board of Directors has appointed an Owner Liaison to ensure timely communications with owners, and to ensure a consistent “voice” from one representative of the Board of Directors. Your answers to many common member needs are found on this website, to minimize your delay in getting a response and to minimize the time requirements of your volunteer Board.
You may reach the Owner Liaison via email, telephone or USPS as per below:
Normal phone answering hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9am to 12pm Eastern Time. If there is no answer, please leave a message and it will be answered during the next scheduled hours.
Email and mail are read and answered at least once or twice weekly. Information that is not readily able to be answered by the Owner Liaison is forwarded to the appropriate Director or Committee member to respond.
